The society was founded in 1992 by sportsmen skydivers aiming the continuation and the development of parachute sport in Bulgaria. It was registrated under the law of Persons and Family as non-profit organisation by BULSTAT and has a tax number.
     It owns KMFVS license for sporting, training and sport event organising in skydiving and paragliding. The society is member of Bulgarian Air Sports Federation. The main trend of the society's activity is training of student skydivers and paragliders and popularisation of parachute sport.
    The society prepares skydivers for further sport activity, as well. The sportsmen skydivers of the socyety organise and perform parachute jumps in different air-shows and festivals. The club organises and takes part in local and international sport events.
