The society was founded in 1992 by sportsmen skydivers aiming the continuation and the development of parachute sport in Bulgaria. It was registered under the law of Persons and Family as non-profit organization by BULSTAT and has a tax number.
     It owns KMFVS license for sporting, training and sport event organizing in skydiving and paragliding. The society is member of Bulgarian Air Sports Federation. The main trend of the society's activity is training of student skydivers and paragliders and popularization of parachute sport.
    The society prepares skydivers for further sport activity, as well. The sportsmen skydivers of the society organize and perform parachute jumps in different air-shows and festivals. The club organizes and takes part in local and international sport events.
